Add Your Discount

Please select from the following two options to add your discount to your existing Sprint/Nextel account.

NOTE: A new two year agreement is required for the entire account when you add your employee discount. Discount can take up to 60 days to post to your Sprint invoice

Option 1: Complete the Employee Discount form online

You will fill out your Sprint account information online and submit that to the Employee Value Program.

You will then receive an email within 24 hours directly from Sprint that will require your response. You must respond to this email in order to obtain your employee discount.

Option 2: Print and fax Employee Discount form

This option is for clients that DO NOT have an email address.

(You will download the form above and fill out your information. You will then fax this form directly to Sprint at (877) 805-5870)

*** Not all plans qualify for the Employee Value Program Discount. SERO plans, Basic 200, Simply Everything Unlimited plans, and Mobile Broadband plans do not qualify for the EVP discount.
