Just for participating, your friend will receive a $25 debit card too.

To participate in this program, simply encourage someone you know to sign up for a Sprint PCS service plan,
and follow the entry instructions below. Being a Sprint customer has never been more rewarding.
Sprint Customers can refer up to 12 friends each year (that’s up to $300).
Getting rewarded is easy:
- After your referral activates their phone, they must dial #REF
on their new Sprint PCS or Nextel Phone and follow the voice
prompts.
- Be sure they have your Sprint PCS or Nextel Phone Numbers
handy.
- You and your referral will receive a $25 debit card after both
of you have been in active service for 15 days.

Referral Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
A completed referral must be received by Sprint within 15 days of the referred person's activation to receive the offer.
A customer may not refer himself/herself. Accounts are limited to 12 referrals in a calendar year. Referred
person's phone activation must occur at least 24 hours after referring person's phone activation. A referring purchaser
and a referred purchaser on a company sponsored business account are not eligible for the offer. Debit cards are mailed
to the party responsible for payment. Both referring purchaser and referred purchaser must have an active account for 15
consecutive days or longer before the reward can be applied. Sprint Nextel employees, Affiliate employees and third party
employees are not eligible. Please allow six to eight weeks for processing. Sprint reserves the right to alter or
discontinue this program at any time without notice.
Cards are issued by JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and managed by Ecount, a member service
provider of JP Morgan Chase Bank.
